Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Collins is a Mexican American Sportscaster. She is an ESPN news anchor and hosts SportsNation occasionally. The first time she worked at ESPN in 2016. Her mother is Maria Antonieta Collins, a TV reporter. Antonietta was bilingual since when she was nine years old. The ability which helped her obtain her first role as an Univision production assistant in Miami. There, she collaborated with producers for National shows like Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. When she was in St. Petersburg, she was employed by the CBS station to work as a sports journalist. Then, in 2009 the reporter relocated into Rio Grande Valley Texas where she worked for KNVO TV 48 Univision as well as Fox2 News. The stories she covered were about immigration and drug trafficking throughout Texas as well as Mexico. Also, she was often requested to fill in as a sports and weather anchor. Deportes 23 in Dallas, Univision's affiliate station in Dallas. She was also given more accountability. She also did segments on Major League Baseball's ALDS ALCS and World Series the Dallas Cowboys the NBA postseason and Finals FC Dallas and the Dallas Stars. Besides this, she produced the local Univision 23 sports program Accion Deportiva Extra on which she also served as anchor. She became a sports host for the morning show on Despierta America Deportes. In addition, she served as an anchor on sports in Primer Impacto, a magazine program that airs on the UniMas Network and Contacto Deportivo. Antonietta Collin's parents are originally from Veracruz Mexico. The family moved in Mexico City, where Antonietta Collins was born in November 1985. There is an older sister. The family moved into Miami in 1992 following the departure from Mexico. In the course of a few months, her father split from her mother. She was subsequently remarried by 1995 naval architect whose name was Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo passed away from kidney cancer in 2006. In the course of a family holiday in Ohio, the younger Collins had taken a position with her older sister. As a senior in high school and yet knowing exactly about what she wanted to pursue in her future, Antonietta visited at the University of Mount Union to examine if it was a good fit for her requirements. The campus was beautiful and provided the education she sought. After finishing high school, she made the decision to attend the University with a major with Media Studies. Her relationship lasted for a while with her professor Mark Bergmann who was the supervisor for WRMU 91.1 FM, of which she was a member. His passion for journalism and her self-confidence instilled confidence in her. She in turn was determined to achieve his expectations and never disappoint him.
